Mounting brackets in passenger footwell.

While working on my truck yesterday I notice two spots above the carpet area in the passenger footwell to mount something. Just wondering if anyone knows what option goes there.

Maybe the optional first aid kit?

Maybe for the overseas market and not used on NA Rangers.

Have a friend with a Lariet and check. Its the bracket for the Headlight Control Module for the advanced headlights.
