My 2025 RR Diamondback HD install, XPEL PPF install and other mods/upgrades.

My Diamondback HD arrived today, despite the heat/humidity here in the foothills of NC, I got busy and got it installed. Install went well and I could not be happier with the fit and finish. I also installed the Craven Stubby Antenna. I have an appt for a XPEL PPF install on the 19th.

My truck has been in for a full clay bar detail and full XPEL PPF install. My installer does amazing precision work. XPEL installs are all about the installer. After a week of detailed PPF installation I will pick it up this Tuesday. The paint is soooooo thin on new cars and trucks I just had to get done.
Had the w/s tinted at 55% and 35% driver/pass side windows. More pics coming after I pick up this Tuesday. As for pricing it really depends on your location and the experience and skill level of the installer. It’s best to get a local quote from a top tier XPEL PPF shop.

Patriot1, I am sure you will love the cover. I had the bright diamond plate model, 1st on a 2010 F150. Next on a 2019 F250. Never had an issue with water or dust ingress. Diamondback's quality is top notch! I am currnetly waiting on delivery of a Shelter Green RR. It is currently on a train headed for Philly, so I should see it in a week or two. I have another Diamondback topper waiting to be installed. I went with the smooth black, like yours, this time. I did get the tie downs shipped loose and am going to install the low profile tie down brackets instead. I had the same as yours on my other caps and seemed to always snag the wash strips that hang down in Tommy's car washes, the few times I used it. I also ordered the low profile cab guard and am planning on installing a light bar and pods of it. I also purchased the cross bed tray, for under the front lid. Had one in my others and it was real handy for storing tie downs, portable air compressor, and other misc. items. I will post some pics, once it arrives and I have the cover installed. @Bluepastyou59 pretty exciting you will be taking delivery soon. The mods you have lined up are going to look awesome! I agree with you on the DB covers being super high quality, I also added their LED interior cover lights. Yes, a fan of DB. I have the same exact same cover on my 2020 Tundra TRD Pro, a vault of a cover.

Shelter Green is a really sharp color! I look forward to your build thread. Thanks for the kind words.

My Tufskinz marsh gray color matched FORD grill and tailgate RANGER badging arrived today. I am really impressed with the Tufskinz badging fit and finish. I prefer a more subtle look with the paint match.
