I am waiting for the VIN on mine. How long did it take from time of ordering it at dealership to at least getting a VIN?

Didn't take long. I'd say a week. Now, I have no idea how long my dealer had been sitting on the allocation either.

Yeah I wish there was a way to know how long that allotment had been there. My salesman did tell me after I asked that my truck was part of their current allotment, but I have no idea how “old” that was.

I’m really new to following this site as I just ordered mine on Feb 29. I love the information sharing and seeing the good news. I would be so frustrated if I had been waiting since may of last year. Some of you guys are more patient than I am for sure.

Do you happen to know how many ranger raptor allocations your dealer has and what order # you are?

I do not know how many allocations. Order number is 0209. I ordered a Lariat. I had 2003 Dodge 2500 5.7L HO Cummins Turbo Diesel like new with only 95,000 on it, but getting older with a bad back so wanted to downsize. I like the options of the Ranger versus the Tacoma. I guess I should ask dealer about their allocations. I do not mind waiting as long as I know things will progress...lol

that is the dream color right there... if i could have gotten blue instead of green i would have FOR SURE!!! but this is what they had on the lot so i snagged it while i could. I am jealous of your color choice!

wow just got your Vin and the build date is 3 weeks before mine. Hmmm. congrats. Vin is a key step in the process. It's like that first ultrasound..... its there and its coming.
