Our 6th Gen Ranger Rear Seat Delete is now LIVE – and we couldn’t have done it without YOU!

What started as a rough idea quickly turned into a deep R&D mission, and the Ranger6G community was there every step of the way. From early sketches to prototype tweaks, the feedback in this thread shaped what this product became – and we’re seriously grateful.

The finished system is exactly what we set out to build:
  • 3mm 5052 aluminum, CNC cut, bent, and powder-coated here in the USA
  • Bolts in with no drilling required
  • Threaded tie-down points everywhere for MOLLE panels, Packout trays, or anything else you can dream up
  • Removable access doors, including one at the rear for OEM jack access (even if you’ve got the factory subwoofer)
  • Super-easy installation and removal process
  • Platform ships fully assembled
With Mil-Spec coating included – this is true American innovation. We built a superior product, made it repeatable, and kept the price on par with similar products of less durable materials.

It’s light, strong, and ready for everything from commercial work rigs to overland builds – or even just giving your dog a better place to ride.

A massive thank you to everyone who chimed in, challenged ideas, and pushed this design to be better. Your input made this product what it is.

Installation instructions are now posted on the product page (Update 8/1/2025). Expand the "Instructions" section below the purchase buttons.

👉 Full details here: https://americanadventurelab.com/product/ford-ranger-rear-seat-delete/

Can’t wait to see the installs from this crew – and hear what you mount to yours first.

Update 8/23/25: Based on popular feedback, we have adjusted the price to now include FREE Shipping and professional crating!

Quick question. What size threads are the threaded tie down points?

Can’t wait to get mine to put my dog’s kennel back there.

Thanks for the raw finish photos, thats probably the way I would go and might cover the surface with grip tape material cut and punched out cleanly
We should have raw ones in stock in a few days! We're working on them now.

Love the possibilities this opens up - Now I just need to put some serious thought into how I can mount Dual Subs onto a Molle Panel.

They're all M6 with 1.0 Thread Pitch. I can't wait to see it with your kennel back there. That is probably the top most requested use case.

You can also use these to easily add some removable tie down points - https://adventurelab.com/products/bungee-cord-loops

Thanks!

Could you add a 4 pack of tie downs to my current order and charge the same card I used? Or is it easier to just place another order for the tie downs? If you can add to the order it is under the name Karasoulas.

I will post pics once it’s all set up with the kennel and the doggie.

We don't save card numbers, so I can't charge the card, but I'll build you an invoice without shipping and email it to you. Then, I'll make sure to note it to get combined with your previous order for shipping. Thanks!!!!
