New Ranger Raptor owner, finally joining the conversation here. Took delivery of my Ranger Raptor in July from a dealer in Florida, couldn't find the spec I wanted locally.
Already couldn't leave it stock, installed the FMI 2.5" leveling kit and swapped out the factory wheel setup for Method 703s 17s at zero offset with MT Baja Boss 255/85R17s [about 34.6" overall]. My local dealership adjusted the ride height after the leveling kit install but now I have a speedo issue as the dealer's telling me they can't adjust the computer settings to recalibrate for the larger tires, anyone else run into this and have a solution?
*Note for anyone considering this wheel/tire/leveling setup on their RR, I DO get tire contact on the crash bars at full lock. [This is with 3 sales reps telling me this setup would not rub]
I had the Ford ProCal tune recently installed, no power gains noticeable so far, but I understand that power will show up in the near future. What are we supposed to do with the hardware module they give you after the tune is done? Are there any other configurations we can mess with on it?
Being a first time truck owner, I'm learning the hard way about tire load ratings. These Baja Boss's are E-rated and man, they're STIFF. Definitely a noticeable difference in ride quality from stock. But whatever, just means I need to get out more often and wear them down to get to my next tire purchase. Even with the firm ride, I absolutely love the RR.
I'm new to off-roading, but after I get some proper recovery gear I'll be looking to learn on some newbie trails in the NY/NJ area. [Wharton State Forest Trails?] I'll take any recommendations in the NYC/moderately upstate NY/mid-to-south NJ area that won't get me in over my head!
Looking forward to picking everyone's brains and sharing the journey.

You can change the tire size in forscan to correct the speedometer.

Nothing you can do with the performance calibration tool after install - other than reinstalling stock tune.

Interesting how the calibration takes a while to learn with the raptor. There is an immediate and noticeable change on the non-Raptor Ranger.

This is what I've been reading, but my actual Ford dealership tech says he cant...and he tried in 2 separate times in different service visits. I also asked if he was using a forscan and he confirmed.
I think I read somewhere that there is a size range and that some tires may not fall within the size range that needs to be entered using forscan? Matter of fact this is the 3rd attempt by a tech to adjust the speedometer, the tire shop that mounted the wheels also failed to make the adjustment. Im not sure what else todo here other than keep visiting shops.

I wish. As I'm driving I keep wondering if there is a certain driving style that can get the power to me faster. Guess I'll just have to wait.

The tire size range is a possibility, but even then you could "reduce" the discrepancy. Ive seen the setting in Forscan myself (although I didn't bother changing it) and you manually enter the diameter or radius of your setup, so I know its there. Don't have my tool handy, otherwise I'd tell you exactly where it is.

Changing tire size is definitely possible with forscan, at least on my 2024 RR.
Unfortunately, I am not the guy to tell you how to do it.
My brother did it for me when I upgraded to 315/70’s and we had to play around with the exact number to get the Speedo correct.
I ended up using 95% of the claimed tire size from BFG and that worked.
I’m sure there’s posts in here that explain how to do it or start another one and ask.
Enjoy the truck and welcome!

Appreciate the tips from everyone. This is a great suggestion, I'll start looking into it.
