No lockers on screen can anyone help please?

Had my steering wheel control lock up. Took to dealership and they got that figured out but now I don't have my locker screen available. Anybody know how to get it back?

I have no insight, but that sounds like a "take it back to dealership and make them fix it" kind of situation. Best of luck.
