Oil leak

My 2024 Ranger Raptor has 2600 miles on it and I just noticed it’s leaking oil on my garage floor. It has not had its first oil change yet. I suspect it’s coming from this bolt possibly.

Does anyone have any ideas how I could get a wrench to it to tighten it to see if that solves the issue.

It covered by warranty let the dealer sort it out that way it's documented and if anything happens to it you are covered. I have a bit more mileage than you and my front axle seal is leaking. They fixing it Monday.

Solid point I suppose that’s the smart thing to do.

It’s a good thing I took it in. Was much more serious than a loose bolt. Turns out it was seeping oil from the cylinder head. They have to keep the truck for a few weeks. Unfortunately I’m getting screwed because they don’t have any loaners. So my ownership experience isn’t off to the greatest start now.

Why does it look like someone has already been cranking on that bolt. Its kind of rounded off.

Just got my Raptor back from getting repaired only to find out now it has the dreaded cam phaser rattle.

Oh man......if that happens to me, I'll dump it and get something without a ecoboost engine which is hard to do if i want to stick with Ford. Maybe a F150 5L....

I didn’t get to keep it long before it leaked oil even worse. Turns out the main seal in the engine failed and has to be rebuilt. I’ve been without it for two weeks now.

This is the way. Ford doesn’t like to pony up for loaners. If you want anything fixed soon that is. I had some paint issues and they were waiting on a loaner for 5 months. I finally took a family trip and didn’t need my vehicle. Dropped it off and they took care of it but it’s just sad that we have to do this stuff. Piss poor experience.
