I see PPF is an option for the lower trims but I can't find anything that says Raptor has it? Does anyone know if that is standard on Raptor?

It is not standard and it is not available on Raptor from Ford yet. It's also pretty pathetic from a coverage perspective.

Do yourself a favor and get it done by a reputable local installer or detailer. It’s not cheap but will be worth it. I’m having my entire truck done with STEK PPF

Get it aftermarket done. My previous truck cost me around $1000 to get the whole front end done including hood(18 inches), bumpers, lower end, A pillars, roof(18 inches) door sills. My current vehicle was $500 as they couldn't do bumper as it's powder coated and PPF won't stick to it. When my Lariat arrives I will get it done. All was done with SunTek.
