Came across this bed cover. Looks great! Plus it folds down and easily removes. And made in the USA! No canister, either.

That is what I was going to get before I was told by several people, including my installer to steer clear of them. I loved the idea that it was made in USA( Wisconsin I believe), looks great and lockable. I was told they have big problems with them opening/folding especially in cold/ wintry weather. ( not sure where you live) I decided to do the bakflip X4s which is not quite as secure but it was recommended by many who have more knowledge that I do including my installer. I’m not saying don’t get the paragon just sharing what I was told and the research I did. I also called paragon and was told they did not have one available for the new Ranger yet.

I've heard good things about Peragon's Limited HD F150 cover, but have no clue about Ranger version.

I've also heard not so great things about Bakflip's stuff.

When I was searching around for bed covers there were recommendations for Undercover's Armor Flex cover.

It really comes down to what works best for the budget or functions you want.

I’ve had a peragon cover on my dodge dakota for over 10 years. I’ve liked it, biggest complaint is can’t fold with full height stuff at front.
Ive never had issues in winter, but have never tried to use it covered in ice.
