Read this entire thread and read what Ford said on my notification. Still don't know what to expect when Premium and nav expire. Guess I will find out after the end of this month.
Well let it expire and now no nav using the steering wheel talk button. It is only a little over $6 per month for 12 month subscription. Still have not got it reactivated Ford is really slow. So if you want to keep it don't let it expire.

I found this thread because I recently discovered my factory nav does not work. It just shows a basic featureless map. There was no discussion of nav when I bought it, how to enable it or whatever. It's not that big a deal because I have been using Waze. But every once in a while it wigs out.
I had factory nav in my '21 that was always there if I needed it. Was I supposed to get a trial or something on the '26?
One feature that is there in factory nav is elevation. It's grayed out but active. That's cool to watch going through the mountains.

I think I had posted here or maybe in another similar thread but when I purchased my 2026 Ranger Raptor back in March I asked the dealer about subscriptions for sync. They said that it was included.

A couple of weeks after driving it around I hit sync asking for navigation and said the feature was not available. I checked on Ford's portal and it says it is there but interesting enough has an expiration date. Not a huge deal other than that is different than what the dealership said to me but maybe I heard it wrong.

In any case still couldn't get it to work, called Ford, they confirmed I have it, but still can't access it the way they mentioned it.

Figured I'm just a dumb@ss at this point so just use my phone.

On your Ford app if you go to Connected Services you should see Conected Navigation. It's $80 a year

Thanks. Just checked, it says Connected Navigation trial ends in April 2027. Wonder why it is not coming up on the truck.

And therein lies the mystery. Similar here but it says feature not available when I try to access it in the truck.

I paid the $80 for the Navigation and I like it a lot more than Google maps on long trips. Google maps is always trying to find the shortest route and it will want you to exit the Interstate and go through a residental or city area to save you mile, but it actually slows you down.
