Range Raptor Dealer Allocation Question

I have a Ranger Raptor retail order at a small dealership and they informed me that I am their first order and I have received the typical Ford 45 day emails. I would like to ask the forum a few questions. Since each dealership will receive one allocation to start with, have all the dealers received their one allocation already and at the same time or does Ford decide how to dole them out so some dealers have not received their one allocation yet? Why are some customers getting build dates but so many others have not if Ford has already given out these 3,000 plus (number of US dealerships) their one allocation. Does the dealership have to request their one allocation or is it automatically assigned to them and applied to a first order like mine?

Allocations are given when it is selected for scheduling. So while most allocations are spoken for, they haven’t been officially “given out” because the schedule only goes so far into the future.
