Ranger 2.7 intake same as Bronco 2.7?

I know this is probably early in the game since delivery is slow on the 2.7s (just got mine), but is the intake and motor mods the same for the Ranger as the Bronco or F150 2.7? I know exhaust wouldn't work i'm assuming due to different lengths and orientations.

AFAIK the engine bays are pretty much identical between the Bronco and the Ranger.
