We have been working on a bed floor RAIL system as well, to compliment our bed rack RAIL system. The concept is simple - fully bolt-in, fully sturdy, light weight, lots of mounting holes. We'll develop a pile of mounting solutions for these rails in the near future. What you see in the video below is what we threw together quickly for the Trail Hero Expeditions event as well as last weekend's Alpine Loop shenanigans. We're just getting started with this concept, but we did want to show how quickly it can all be removed.

How would you use something like this?

I need the on road version of bed rails for mounting bicycles and things like that. A flatter set of rails for straps to hook into

Wish the bed rack had a T-Slot mounting option to work with a Tonneau cover and had just a little extra room to clear my BAK x4ts, but my needs might be super niche. I just love the look of your racks and the ability to run the chase lights from baja design in the back.

We are definitely making t-slot variations of the bed rack. The first one up is the Retrax XR Pro.

Those floor mounts look big, like 2x4s. Can yall make one that not as tall and the edges are beveled
Ha ha. They're not 2x4's. This is the bare minimum height it took to get slides over the tailgate. The slides clear by about 1/8". They must have some "girth" to them to actually work. Yes, we could make thinner ones, but they would bend like pretzels and nothing would clear the tailgate if it had to slide out.

oh yeah, for sliders, yes, i understand.

i just need to find some rails that run the length of the bed and allow me to put some fender washers and longer bolts into the them to attach my lock box and move it around to where i need it. also, i use those type of floor rails to attach my bicycle mounts to since the bikes are longer then the beds of trucks now days and the tailgate is down

I think a lot of us have the BAK x4ts tonneau cover and don't think that is to much of an ask. @AdventureLab

We build a L-Track kit for the big Raptors. It works well. We could definitely build one for the RR with enough demand. It's crucial to put the attachment holes in a place that misses the crossmembers below the floor of the bed. Off the shelf L-track will have the holes on pattern, which is not what we need here.

This was exactly what I was looking for. This and the removable bed rails would make a great combo.

I've been loving the creativity of the products y'all are developing. I'm building my truck to be very lightweight and very modular but I'm not sure I would want a full bed setup. However, I'd love to see a single sided version, just enough to mount a fridge slide on essentially half of the two rear rails connected to the tie downs. Just a thought!

It would be tough to do both since they would compete for space. We do a similar kit for the Gladiators that puts all of the bolt threads below the bed surface. That system is fantastic, but does require drilling holes in the bed.

What you see in these photos is just the template. That is removed after the holes are drilled and nothing is protruding above the bed surface. This is the best way to do it, in my opinion, but it is also irreversible. As I say here several times a day, everything has a tradeoff.

thanks! I really appreciate that. The only way to do a half system would be to drill into the bed, similar to the link I just posted in this thread. We do that in the Gladiators pretty often. Thoughts?

Yeah I figured the concern would be rigidity with the bars only connected on one side. Not sure how rigid it would need to be for just a fridge slide though. The no-drill aspect is definitely a big part of the appeal of a solution like this, otherwise bolting a fridge slide directly would be probably be more cost effective if I have to drill either way. I have included an almost unintelligible diagram of the idea below. Basically single side rail frame that you could mount a fridge slide to.
