Ranger build date moved out

Just checked my Ranger Lariat build date of week 6/10 has been moved out until 7/15 What a bummer

Sorry to hear. There must be some commodity issues because there have been a lot of build dates moved recently. Hoping Ford gets it under control quickly.

My initial build date from placing the order back in February was 7/22. 2 weeks ago it was moved out to 7/29 and just yesterday my date has moved ANOTHER week out now to 8/5

I'm getting very pissed off about Ford not being able to get the act together and build any vehicles because it is not just the Ranger from what I see on the weekly scheduling posts.

At what point do you just say screw it because it will be almost 2025 at this rate.

feel your pain. moved 7x's now at the dealer with some paint issues being addressed. pick it up next week.

Are the production lines shut down for possible beginning of Job 2?

From my reading on the forums over all the time I have had waiting the plant is closed for the first 2 weeks of July but they should be back working on 7/15 which is before my OG build date of 7/22. The only think I can think of that would cause the moves are parts shortage or not having the processes in place for Job 2 start. I'm sure some news will come out and posted on this site. It's been a great source of information for everyone who is waiting like me.
