funny, i think fort benning got close with hardly any snow in 96 or 97. must have been 97 because i had my 70 karmann ghia and we were doing slides on the football field in it.

holy cow!!! i have never seen snow like that in person. the most i have ever seen was getting caught in a storm in big bear california one winter and it was over my ankles. they closed the roads for a day or two so we got stuck up there

Here in Long Island NY, were used to it. (we either get mild winter for a couple years, then lots of snow the next)

This recent one was a real pain! not just the drift, but its Wet and heavy underneath and makes it hard to shovel.
I’m literally covered in pain relief patches rn. LoL😄
