Hi everyone, I’m joining a forum for the first time, even though I’m jumping into my third Ford Ranger in a row.
I recently purchased the XLT 3.0 V6 (diesel) model year 2026. The color here in Brazil is called “Jalapão Orange.” Jalapão is a beautiful and tourist destination in the middle of the country, accessible primarily by 4x4 trucks.
My last Ranger took me on diverse terrains, including deserts, glaciars, forests, rivers, and beaches. This one won’t be any different, so I have two main goals: ensuring its reliability for long-distance trips and making it robust enough for off-road adventures, such as crossing rivers and trails. To achieve this, I’ll likely make some adjustments to the tires and suspension.
I’m more than willing to assist in any way I can. I’m also hopeful of finding ideas and solutions to potential issues that may arise in the future.
