Speaker amp

DSP

Subwoofer amp

Subwoofer
https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/1667337/
10", 4 ohm

the main problem is the noise from the twitters, when the signal is missing, after many tests, they concluded that the original amplifier is noisy, when using the signal directly from the usb, absolute silence

that is, just when the car door is opened, there is already a noise, without ignition
how to remove standard amplifier, saving all system sounds
Thanks in advance🙏🙏🙏

I’m not 100% sure on the Thai-built trucks, I’m assuming they are the same as the US trucks, but I think you need an A2B audio interface. It takes the raw digital signal from the head unit and maintains the system sounds. These output analog (up to 12 channel I think) or Toslink digital audio directly to your DSP. PAC Amp, NAV TV, and MObridge make these for the Ford A2B digital audio bus. I know for the US, the 2025 Ford audio bus is different than the 2024 model, again unsure about the Thai trucks. These companies have, or are developing, two different models for 2024 vs 2025 Ford vehicles due to this change. These devices are also very sensitive to how the amps are grounded, so also just something to note.

Hope that helps, post some pictures when you are done, that looks like it will be a KILLER system.
