Rest of World (ROW) front RR fender flares with no reflector - where to buy?

Any idea of how I can get my hands on some Rest of World (ROW) front RR fender flares with no reflector?

The ROW front flares look kind of funky with that area notched out, but not having a reflector there.

I painted my reflectors with Spray tint and think they look better than the ROW flares with the notch Instead of the reflector.

I think Matte or satin black vinyl will do the trick for now.

I tinted mine. Much less noticeable.
