I reached out to Rigid and received the following response:

Thank you for reaching out. The fog lights that you see on that picture are a prototype that we were testing. We currently do not have any plans to release any fog lights for the Ranger or Ranger Raptor as of yet, however there is a company called BMC Lights that we work really closely with and I believe that they are planning on dropping a very similar kit using our Revolves, which are the lights that you see in the picture. Item: 46752 will fit the Ranger Raptor with no issues. Let me know if you have any other questions on anything!

Update: the Rigid brackets are GTG. Thick material and fit well. This is the 2019-2023 Ranger Rigid light kit from Ford with the Rigid brackets for the 2024+ Ranger (the brackets for the 2019-2023 will not fit).
