Rough Country crappy customer service

ordered a hard roll up tonneau cover from Rough Country in November. received 2 delays in shipping, now until 01/14/26 and when I went on the chat with them about it the customer service rep got snitty with me. haven't canceled the order yet as I search around for another but not too happy with them. will probably be the only thing I buy from them if I don't cancel it before hand.....

is it a roll up? want a hard roll up and I don't see it on Tygers site... only soft roll up..

It seals pretty poorly on the front and rear, so don't really recommend.

UPDATE: Received another delay in shipping for the hard roll up tonneau cover until mid February now.... I think Im gonna cancel it and never buy from them again. yea I know they don't care but its now become an annoyance to me as I ordered this thing in November. constant delays in shipping and unavailability of the item make this company unreliable.

UPDATE: after at least 4 delays in shipping and me being able to find another comparably priced cover Ive canceled this order. won't be buying anything from rough country again.
