Nice MannyHere is my Shadow Black XLT
Nice setup! I'm curious what kind of tailgate pad you use for your bike? I have a similar one called "hangwheel" that's made of a plastic or silicone material, but I fear it might scuff/damage my paint over time. Here is my Shadow Black XLT
check out the Bomber Strap https://bomberstrap.com/ I am very happy with mine, I also travel with it and throw it on my rental pick up, no need for a rack.Nice setup! my back tailgate emblem does not light up, its painted gloss black and matte black.Nice Manny
Question...it looks like you might also have a lighted rear Ford emblem. I can’t tell fully from the pic
If yours is the lighted emblem perhaps you could answer something...
The one I purchased didn’t come with a brake convert module and I have triple confirmed I found the correct Stop and Tail light wires.
When connected though I get strange behavior from my factory tail lights and the rear emblem and it’s unusable.
I’ve currently got the stop wire disconnected and it just lights up with parking lights.
Can you share if your emblem came with a brake module to include in the wiring process or what your wiring steps were if yours functions correctly without a brake module wired in.
Darn it. well thanks for the reply man!my back tailgate emblem does not light up, its painted gloss black and matte black.
