I believe you’re missing the point, there is a stop pin (lower right hand photo) on both lights and once they’re screwed tight in-place they won’t move. The washer will lock the light unit in place so it won’t vibrate.

if the pin is missing, you only have to purchase a roll pin and install it in the vacant hole.??

and with the roll pin in place the light isnt adjustable at all so you are at the mercy of the bracket and bumper geometry being right. the screw alone will do exactly what i said.

Based upon the shape and distance of the beam, the level of the light vs the bumper fascia geometry and the actual bumper mounting, it doesn’t need to be adjusted.

However, the mount is stable, with the metal washer to the metal fog lamp casing and maintains the primary adjusted position.

My take on your commentary is; speculation, anticipation and not actual application………….is this correct? Otherwise, your simply commenting without actual application or ownership???
