Hey guys and gals, Signature Lux reached out to me a few weeks ago about trying to fit the Aus spec aftermarket fog lights in a US spec Ranger Raptor and it took me over 4 hours just to get the pax side in with a LOT of filing of the brackets and a little bit of trimming of plastic (nothing significant but very time consuming). I will be working with them this weekend to redesign their mounting brackets so that it should be an easy install in the future. I temporarily wired up the pax side and compared it to the factory driver side and it is like night and day. I went with the white light option instead of yellow/amber as i already have Amber ditch lights and I will probably add a few more sets of amber lights in the future.

I will be making a video as well as coming back here to post pictures once i get the driver side started. today was just trial and error and i got frustrated so i gave up on photos and videos but i will do better on the driver side. Overall, i am happy with how the pax side looks in the mount and the build quality of the light is so much better than the factory fog lights.

Now that i have them in my hands and knowing that in the future the install will be extremely easy once they get their brackets squared away, i would 100% buy these with my own money.

Updates expected tomorrow evening or saturday sometime.

Here is a super quick video i took just now since it is dark and i wanted to see how much brighter the new lights are than the old. Driver side (US driver side...) is the factory fog light. Pax side (or Aus driver side) is the new light. The video is unlisted on youtube so you can watch it from here but wont be able to search it on youtube. Once i make my final video it will be up for everyone to see (youtube channel is '@Flaberdoopin'... hopefully i spelled that right, my kids picked the name)

Hi Kyle,

Thank you! The bracket has been a bit of a trial and error process since we don’t have a North American Ranger Raptor on hand for direct testing. While our brackets fit perfectly on the Australian and Asia Pacific models, we’ve the NA version is different..

We certainly don’t want our customers to have to modify or file down the bracket—that's not the experience we intended. Our goal is to make it as seamless and neat as possible.

We’ve already sent updated brackets to all customers who reported fitment issues at no additional cost. It seems we still need to make a few more adjustments and send them another bracket to try.

We understand some might be running out of patience, and we completely get it. They can reach out to us directly—we're more than happy to find a compromise.

absolutely understand and I’m super excited to have these so I can help refine the mounting plate for future use! I think it will be really easy to get right and make for a seamless install with a few more minor modifications to the mounting bracket!

I just had an exchange with Anne at Signature Lux and they will do us right. New truck with new challenges and opportunities. I appreciate them wanting to get a product in our NA hands. Hang with them, I am.

So just confirming that the revised bracket isn't fitting without filing or trimmer either? That's the one that's about to be delivered to me. Guess I'll just recycle that.

Also in the video it shows that when the high beams come on the fogs go off. This is opposite of what Signature Lux has said on this forum in the past about not needing fourscan to do it.

Just seems like this product isn't fully baked for the NA market. I appreciate those willing to work with the vendor - I think I'm done though.

with minor modification to the brackets they are sending you, you should be able to make it work. I was doing it last night in the dark so it seemed difficult but today I'm gonna do the driver side and try not to cut anything on the plastic trim and just make a few small mods to the metal bracket they sent me. Should be doable... and I didn't need to do anything in Forscan to make it work, but I don't know about using the high beam low beam option... for me, fog lights are just on or off. More to follow with lots of pictures as I do the work today! Hopefully we can get these things working, I think they will have it sorted out soon!

The support / techs at Signature Lux are great and have been working with me closely to get this worked out. We are going to be doing a video chat today once I get the plastic trim out of my truck so I can show them exactly where the tabs and braces are. Cheers!

Does anyone have an install video for those of us that are less mechanically inclined? :)
