SiriusXM title / artist out of sync

Apologies if this has been covered already......wondering if anyone else has a SiriusXM subscription and when saving songs or artists as "favorites", when an alert shows the song or artist is playing, the song title does not match the correct artist......???.....IOW, it would show"Journey" as the artist but the song title would be from another artist, like "Stairway to Heaven".......

I have had Sirius/Xm for a number of years and there are days where the title is correct and behind and ahead of the song playing it is on their end not yours.

Yes!!!! This has been my biggest frustration. I have several favorites. Any time I get in the truck, the first alert is right, but subsequent alerts have mismatched artists / songs / stations. Same every day for almost a year now. I really don’t know if it’s a SYNC issue or a SXM issue. I’ve had SXM in 4-5 previous vehicles and never had this before, so I’m led to believe it’s a SYNC problem and hoping a software update fixes it.

Likely an SXM issue. Happens in my Ram all the time.
