Does everyone's SiriusXM update for 15 - 30 seconds every time they start their vehicle?
I don't think this is just tied to my 2024 RR, I think it's a Sirius issue within the SYNC 4 platform, possibly tied to the "start over or similar music" features available. Whatever it is, it's annoying AF and I can't find a way to prevent it from doing so within the settings. Every time I start my RR, even if I just shut it off... Sirius thinks it needs to update all channels, etc. (or whatever it's doing) and while this is going on, you cannot change the station.
I tried disabling auto updates, but that appears to only be tied to the SYNC 4 platform for vehicle specifics and I don't want to disable other feature updates (i.e. Wi-Fi, navigation, etc.) to stop this annoyance... just the continual Sirius updates at vehicle startup. Thanks group...
