There is a TSB for this issue. I happen to like that I can easily see the number of "hours", not just the odometer on Trip 1. It currently shows the number of hours the vehicle has been run since it left the assembly line. I know a service tech can look this up if service is being done, but I plan to keep the so-called problem for now.

Thanks. This makes sense. I think I inadvertently performed the workaround when I have done the reset.
