Something wrong with my truck or do all California gas pumps do this?

Update: appears to be a known issue.

the capless system has an inside flap. If it's rough or inproperly attached, that might cause that. Unfortunately, it's hard to inspect for obvious reasons.

No issues pulling out here. I've heard making sure you have a mountain dew before you put it in prevents this.......

I've filled up twice here and had issues both times. My girlfriend has filled two or three times and hasn't had an issue. Might have been the pumps.

Maybe keep track of the stations that have the issue? I'm not in CA, but I've mostly used shell gas and it's been fine.

So far, Arco and Chevron. It's only been an issue in California with these rubber boots on the pumps.
