Was your ACC relocator mount a direct bolt on? Current struggling with it as I might have to trim it to make it work
I trimmed about half inch off it to make it work

Can you tell me how much this adds to the approach angle? Given than the tow hooks are still the lowest point, I'm thinking this doesn't really add any to straight on approach (sure, at an angle, you can get steeper approach with one tire, so there is improvement there over stock).

I'm thinking at this point the only way to really increase approach without tires / lift is going to be a frame chop and custom fab pre-runner bumper.

You'd have to relocate the intercooler up high to really gain more room for clearance with a custom bumper. 74weld does have a skidplate/tow hook kit that increases the approach angle as much as you can with the OEM intercooler location.
