Yes articles like this were written at the end of 2024 and were all conjecture. I guess to get clicks.I did post in several places the the information around is very convoluted with many contracting information online!

Yes, it is confusing but that is how the internet is,
Ford pulled a fast one and called sync 5 the ford digital experience. At some point vehicles will change from sync4 to the ford digital experience.

I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing. As motor companies are moving to a subscription service for enabling fancy features, like hands free driving, etc.
There was an article about GM thinking they might make more money off subscriptions than building cars.
