There have been a few other posts related to this one, but here's my install of the retractable tailgate T-Step from Eagle4x4 on my 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor (in the USA)..
I needed a bed step that would work with the tailgate down (and didn't bolt-onto / interfere-with the usage of the tailgate, like a few other ladder / wide-step options).
Eagle4x4 isn't shipping to the USA right now, but I was able to get the step by sending through a freight forwarder (PlanetExpress.com, cost me $140 to FedEx it to MN, USA).
The bottom bolt (with welded on spacer) is a beefy M12, but the top bolt was only an M8, so I widened up the T-Step bracket hole a bit and used a (grade 10.9) M10 1.5x40 instead (since the 2025 Ranger Raptor only has enough frame for the rearmost two (of four) bolts to be used), as seen in this install video from Eagle4x4:
There is a little flex when (180lbs is) standing on the step (perhaps due to the Raptor only having enough frame to use the two rearmost bolts on the bracket), but it still works great.
Here are some pictures + video of my install:

Here's a video of the Eagle4x4 2023+ T-Step (SKU: FR-LOBS-23-3585) installed in my 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor (USA):
