Question, so they strike demanding higher wages, embrace illegal immigration which indirectly lowers wages and perform the same inconsistent shitty work ?Top Notch UAW quality work right there.
I’m seriously considering trading this in within the next 6-12 months and grabbing a taco limited or Colorado zr2. Never been disappointed with a new car purchase before and this was the first truck I’ve ever bought.Question, so they strike demanding higher wages, embrace illegal immigration which indirectly lowers wages and perform the same inconsistent shitty work ?
If you received an earlier build, that is likely the issue. I'd never own a GM product because they never payed back the entire 50 billion. The tacos are 4 bangers and have their own issues.I’m seriously considering trading this in within the next 6-12 months and grabbing a taco limited or Colorado zr2. i'd steer clear of the colorado/canyon. if you think the ranger launch has been bad, those trucks were much worse and the build quality is not any better.I’m seriously considering trading this in within the next 6-12 months and grabbing a taco limited or Colorado zr2. A better 4 banger. The ranger is also a 4 banger…
I hear everyone on various fit & finish claims. We're all grown-ups (or we should be...), but it certainly IS frustrating when you drop $40k-$80k (depending on your model & trim) when there is STILL poor workmanship, poor quality or utter lack of HUMAN intelligence - forget AI (maybe THAT IS the very problem...).Guys, we all know there’s no perfect truck, car, SUV, out there. You drive one long enough and i promise you, you’ll find issues in the truck you thought was going to be the one. You make your choice after doing all your homework and you stick with it, issues and all. Unless you bought a lemon! Lol. All these conversations I’m reading from you guys, good and bad, I’m sticking with my purchase. I’m sure many of you will disagree, but that’s my choice, at the end of the day, it’s all about choice right? I’ll continue to read your posts because there is always some good information. Thank you Guys.
Drive it long enough? Sure…except it’s not even a month old and it’s been back to the dealership 3 times already. That’s not including the excessively rusted drive shafts…I don’t give a crap if “that seems normal” for a brand new almost 60k truck there shouldn’t be anything like that on it. Paint is now chipping in places it has no reason to chip(edge of hood facing driver, door edges etc. parts hanging loose inside cab, fuel injectors(supposedly) making it sound like a desire, sluggish trans shifting to where it acts like it’s skipping 2nd gear then jerks into downshift…..God forbid you’re going uphill when this happens and the cherry topping of the random “Advanced front lighting system not available” popping up twice so far in the last couple weeksGuys, we all know there’s no perfect truck, car, SUV, out there. Just traded in my ZR2 after 5.5 years for my Raptor. But never had any problem with the ZR2. Loved it.i'd steer clear of the colorado/canyon. if you think the ranger launch has been bad, those trucks were much worse and the build quality is not any better.
tacoma looks sweet tho
I'm referring to the new generation, not the previous generation.Just traded in my ZR2 after 5.5 years for my Raptor. But never had any problem with the ZR2. Loved it.
