It was a productive weekend for my truck. On Friday I was able to get all four doors sound deadened and install my amber DRL's. Then on Monday I did the roof sound deadening, got my rear dash cam wiring ran and my yellow chase lights wired.
Overall the sound deadening install was simple. The doors are a piece of cake. The headliner isn't bad once you have everything removed. The toughest part was getting the two rear headliner clips back in on reassembly.
I will say the sound deadening is worth the effort. The doors sound solid when you close them and the cabin is much quieter on the road while driving.
The DRL's were not bad at all with the proper tools. I used a flex 1/4 inch bit holder and I was able to get everything out after removing the front wheels and pulling the fender liners back.
Not sure what the truck needs next. Maybe a new set of wheels haha.
