I decided I am going to go with this tonneau cover:
It has the T-slot rails for adding other accessories which at first I didn't really care about, until I saw this and liked the idea of having the storage compartments there:
I know it will most likely need to be modified a bit to fit where I need it to on the T-slot rails, but I also wanted to post here to see if anyone had experience with doing anything like this just in case there was some useful information that I had not figured out or considered yet.
