Got it today and since it’s 94 degrees in NW Mo today, 3 hours in the sun before putting it in the truck and it flattened out and fits like a glove!

Next up is figuring out what bed cover to get!

Is it 3 pieces and whats the texture like. I have the ford one, and I mean its fine, can't complain about "free". I have debated on a second liner for when i need to haul not a bunch of garbage.

No it's a single piece. The cross ribs are elevated a little to help keep things from sliding forward and backwards.

The texture is help things from sliding side to side. It does a good job for heavy items, not so much for light items. I've carried coolers and it keep them in place some what.

Had mine for ~ 4 months and its holding up well.

Like RangerRider already stated it’s one piece. The seams you see in the picture are where it’s folded in the shipping box. That’s why it needs a few hours in the sun to flatten back out.

I have the same bed mat. Be careful with it. It gouges pretty easily. I drug a small piece of metal across it and ended up with gouge in the liner.

It looks good however the Ford accesories carpeted bed rug looks to be easier on my knees. I like how the bed ribs are filled in and leveled out but it's removable. I am getting a sprayed in bedliner but will keep my eyes open for one. Being easily removable helps but I wont be able to utilize the velcro, adhesive wont stay put. Deer hunting will dictate taking it out.

I bought the Ford modular one (see link below).
https://www.myfordpart.com/oem-part...hbmdlciZ5PTIwMjQmdD14bHQmZT0yLTNsLWw0LWdhcw==.

I was a little hesitant because I just wanted the one piece drop-in and this one was 5 pieces and it was all they offered. There weren't any others on the market because of the new bed dimensions.
I'm very happy with it. Installation is going to take you about 2 hours. You have to r & r the tie-downs and cut a hole in each side panel, but it fit perfectly and covered all the unused holes in the bed. And yes, it's hard on the knees, but I've got a carpet on it so it's not bad at all. I also put a color matched "ARE" Shell on it.
