Trouble adding service record to Ford.com account

Has anybody been able of late to add a service record to their Ford.com account? I have been trying since the end of September to add a self service record. It lets me fill it out but keep getting a error message and try again later when I hit the submit button. Dealership visits are automatically populating but will not let me input a self service record.

For the record, I am not talking about the Ford Pass mobile app but using a console computer and going through the Ford.com site after logging in.

Are you running a VPN or web blocking? Turn it off and try again, it may have to do with your telemetry location.???

No, nothing like that. I have tried it on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and even on my work computer that tunnels in from various locales with no success.

My last successful self entry was back in July. I also have my wife's Bronco Sport on the account and when I change to that and try to do an entry for it, same issue of getting the error.

Well, figured out the issue. Seems when you input text into the note section, it does not like separate line breaks even though it will let you do it when inputting but will error when you submit. Text needs to be continuous.

Also does not seem to like the inch ( " ) symbol either. Tried it when listing remaining tire tread depth and would error when using it.
