Does anyone know what wires to splice into on a 2025 XL without the B&O stereo package for a subwoofer I’m not trying to take it to a shop and I’ve wired in subs on every other vehicle I’ve owned, but i can’t find a diagram of what color wires go to which speakers. If anyone has any answers that would be great.

I looked this up in gemini, so i can't confirm if its accurate but 98% chance it is lol..

In the 2025 Ford Ranger XL (non-B&O), the standard audio system uses a 4-channel output from the Audio Control Module (ACM) located behind the infotainment screen. Since the XL lacks a factory amplifier in the rear, you generally need to tap the front door speaker signals to get a full-range signal for your subwoofer.

For the 2024 and 2025 models, the wire colors at the ACM or behind the kick panels are typically:

  • Left Front (+): White
  • Left Front (-): White/Brown
  • Right Front (+): White/Violet
  • Right Front (-): White/Orange
If you are looking to tap into the rear speakers instead:

  • Left Rear (+): White/Green
  • Left Rear (-): Brown/Yellow
  • Right Rear (+): Brown/White
  • Right Rear (-): Brown/Blue
Note for the XL trim: Most installers recommend using the front speaker signals because Ford often applies a heavy bass roll-off (high-pass filter) to the rear channels to protect the smaller rear speakers. Tapping the fronts ensures your subwoofer gets the low-end frequencies it needs.

Would this apply to the XLT as well? I guess what I mean are there just 2 systems across all the trims, the base and the B&O?

As mentioned above you will want to tap the front speakers.
Here is the wiring scheme the associated colors will be determined by which system you have :
