My guess is CRP engineering. Those guys have been offering Stage 3 turbo upgrades for the standard Ranger with the 2.3 EB for quite some time.

They list the Ranger Raptor but the housings seem different from the pics.

CRP is good people. I have a set there now. The ones I posted are bigger. 49mm comp/47 turbine, outta Australia, but don’t know the company. Was in an Aussie RR Group.
