Turning destination suggestions OFF in navigation

Recently my truck automatically started navigating to the gym, which I go to a lot.

since I really don’t need directions I found it a bit annoying and even more annoying in how to turn it off.

but i did find it, I hope

open the ford navigation app

in the lower left corner is a wrench and screwdriver Press that

select the settings

select user data

and finally turn direction suggestions off
