This is my second Tuxmats installation, and I am still impressed with these mats. I got tired of the hard plastic kind (factory or otherwise) and these have been great so far.
That said, a few thoughts on this specific install. These mats cover a lot more than normal mats. This is good or bad depending on what you are looking for, for me this is great. Despite this, the Ranger mats are probably a bit excessive in a few places that aren't necessary by an inch or two. They fit, but leading into criticism number 2, I had to use a lot of spare velcro tabs from my first set (I guess it was good I saved them) in order to get them trimmed up properly. If you are buying these, ask for an extra bag of velcro tabs if you want to install them so they sit flat everywhere. I think the company needs to probably adjust their packing system because whereas on my first set I had piles of extras due to the convenient location of the mats ending where they could be tucked under trim with basic tabs, this one clearly wasn't going to work just due to the way the interior was designed. Clearly, one size fits all doesn't work for these installs, at least based on how I want them to lay flat. The front driver's side also feels slightly off to the factory mat holder pegs. It still retains them, but it isn't flush right now. I'm thinking this will even out with use and once they heat up (a bit cold out). We'll see.
