Unexpected Delays Email

Anyone else get the unexpected delays email today? Mines been in production since 8/27 with a blend date of 9/6 hoping its not a big delay...

My production date was a day before yours and just got the call it showed up at the dealer. Wonder what the issue was that started on 8/27?

Mine was originally scheduled for delivery in Southern California between 9/27-10/3. Just got an email yesterday stating it was shipped and now expecting delivery 9/21-9/27.

Haven't gotten the email yet but just checked the tracker and it shows built! with an estimated delivery of 9/22-9/28 with any luck it could be faster

My dealer had two RR ordered, one in April, the other in June. June order scheduled week of 9/9, in production 9/10, built 9/12. April order scheduled week of 9/2, in production 9/7, no built status. Only difference is BL wheel option on April order vs. Non BL wheel on June order. This might be the difference in why the later order is built and the easier is not. Anyone have any thoughts?

Makes sense. The only option I added to my truck was the door entry keypad. No BL wheels / No bed liner. Not sure if this helps.

Update still not shipped and each day the tracker's estimated delivery window gets pushed back a day, growing more impatient with each day. How long between built and shipped is normal?

Still waiting on mine to update. According to Ford chat, it is built and is in QC/Certification hold since Aug. 2nd, which is the first time I talked to Ford chat. They did tell me I had a scheduled delivery window of Aug.8-14 but that has come and gone. Each time I have talked to them since, they didn't have a delivery window. Dealership doesn't know shit either. Ohh well, keep waiting and putting more miles on my trade-in vehicle.

I think the "desired normal" would be a couple or few days for QA, protection, shipping logistics, whatever, but these QA holds happen.
However... UPDATE... my truck is now "Shipped" and I've updated the spreadsheet.

Well despite the tracker stating that waiting for shipment could take "a few days to a week" were over a week since the built date and no update. Everytime I've contacted Ford they give me the same generic message that it's awaiting shipment and they can't give an estimate of when the shipper will pick it up. Hoping for some good news the next couple days. Already sold my car to use as a down payment and getting tired of only driving the wife's car around lol
