Warning- Air Design Fender Vents #F041A18

Warning/Fitment issues- After thinking about it for some time I jumped on a %25 off sale on the Ford accessories site and got these using some points/cash. Well after patiently waiting they arrived and I quickly found out they do not fit or come close to fitting the body contours. I got lucky that I was able to get a full refund with return shipping covered which took about a full month but just thought I'd give out a warning of my experience. Based on my interactions with representatives at Air Design they don't seem to care about the end user, maybe they just feed off of contract manufacturing and dealing with OEMs, I'm not sure but my experience was pretty bad trying to talk with them, and not just due to this bad fitting part. I've added the best photos I could to clearly show just how these don't come close to fitting like the OEM fender vents. Just posting in case this helps anyone...

did you, by chance, take photos of the originals and the Air Design ones side by side?

Yes it was very surprising and disappointing, did not expect an OEM branded accessory to be so far off fitment compared to the OEM vent trim, which fits perfectly. I'm lucky to have gone thru the long process to get a full refund and hope somehow Ford actually addresses the issue with Air Design
