The seat gets pretty high, it has the same adjustability as the passenger seat. If she is comfy there should be fine otherwise a doughnut.

I think she like many women prefer to sit super high in the vehicle. Allowing them to see over the hood.

Yeah, My wife is 5 foot so I get it. Having memory seats was a must since I'm 6'3 lol. My wife has the passenger seat cranked up, she hasnt driven the truck yet but she hasnt had any visibility issues currently.
