I have 300 miles on my new truck and the seat is sinking and leaving indentations already any one else have problems with lack of support, leather, wrinkles , sagging
I was wondering if the seats got any better with the 25s. Guess that answers that question.
A good amount of us have observed sag and wrinkling in the driver‘s seat. Search through the posts and you‘ll see some things people have tried to remove the sag. I believe some got their seats replaced but the issue seems to be a design issue.
I have been through multiple multi-thousand mile trips (including one right now) and while I have sag I still find the seats to be very comfortable. Not as nice as the first trip but still no pain like others have had. The lumbar and heat generally fix that for me.

Here is what I suggest. This is obviously a problem. I called the Ford Customer care line today anfd informed them of my seat problem, and glove box key. They then created a case number and took my dealer info. When I go to the dealer I give them FORDs case number. This lets the dealer know that ford is going to be interfacing and working with the dealerto help solve the problem. They cant fix what they dont know.
YOU ALL NEED to DO this so ford comes up with their own towel fix
(800) 392-3673 good luck.... if it looks this bad now wait till i'm done paying for it. There is strength in numbers!!!

There is a TSB for the glove box key. Basically, you have to use more force than you think. Once you get it to fully turn, you repeat like 8 times. Then you are good to go.
Concerning the driver's seat, I'd be curious what Ford does, if anything. Many mention the passenger side has a plastic insert on top of the sprung wires under the seat cushion. In my observation the passenger side has this because of how the passenger seat sensor works. It looks like a small bladder with a clear tube uses some gas to activate the sensor. The driver's seat would not need a passenger detection device, so there is not plastic insert, bladder, or sensor.
