Wolfbox G900 TriPro Mirror Dash Cam - Install and Review

Have the WB G900 Tripro in my wife's 23 Bronco and would like to add one to my RR, but has anyone got a fix for mounting like a stock mirror vs the rubber straps around the OG mirror?

I like this idea....right now I have the 'In Cabin' camera double-sided taped to the rear window facing backwards as my rear view camera view. I even cut a hole in my dark tint and the camera view still goes into a black out view then regular view then black out view (back and forth) at night or when raining so I need to use the other camera outside the truck somewhere to work properly.

What path did you take for running the wiring to the rear tailgate handle?

I mounted mine centred in the tailgate handle… gives me a raised and unobstructed view of what’s behind me compared to plate or lower level mounting, and looks factory (to a point). Has never got in the way, and as I have a load lid with bike racks on it, I never lose the view when the bikes are on.

After removing the tailgate skin (simple removal with a handful of screws), I ran the camera wire inside the tailgate, then over to the rear left side of the tub. Up and over the rear left axle, and then I followed the main wiring loom on that side that runs along the left side underneath the car all the way to the front. Then I went through the LHS main grommet in the firewall and up to the top of the windscreen. I had to buy a longer camera wire as the one that comes in the pack is just a little too short (my estimate). If you came in through the back seat grommet between the cabin and the tub, you could probably use the stock wire, but I don’t want to pull the whole back seat out to do it, and the extended wire was quite inexpensive. I hope that helps.
