xplan or ???

I ordered my ranger back in may with the intent of using x-plan; however as my delivery day approaches (hopefully next week) the local dealers are doing truck month deals of up to 4k off (one nearly identical build is 3550 off; I know its usually limited to inventory on hand and likely would not apply to my order). Anyone have any experience regarding this or recommendations on how to proceed to get the best deal?

You should be entitled to any Ford rebates and incentives at delivery but any dealership discounts will usually not apply to your order when it is delivered.

I do not know about a customer order and X-Plan but I have tried to get X-Plan pricing of a on the lot vehicle and I had to pick the better of the two of either X-Plan or the offered incentives. Could not stack X-Plan with any incentives they were offering.

Historically .. specialty models across fords lineup are not offered with the X-Plan. I just bought an XLT with the xplan and during my inventory searches I saw no discounts applied to the RR’s
