American Adventure Lab Dash Mount installed

Purchased the AAL dash mount to try and mount my phone and GMRS handheld below the sight line of the dash. Thought I’d give it a try.

couple of tips:
Just buy black hardware. There is no shiny sliver anywhere in the interior so having some there wasn’t in the cards.
Chase the mounting holes with a tap. The powder coating is nice and thick and there’s no chance you’re just running those bolt in.

looks good.. i agree black hardware..im mounting lights on the outside of my truck and using black hardware..

please post more pics when you get phone and gmrs mounted looking for a place to mount my GMRS and FMS radios

I love mine, I’ve got just an iPad mount there for now but it’s nice to have some room for expansion.
