I purchased and installed the TruXedo soft roll-up cover from Ford Accessories and thought I'd share a few pictures and opinions.

It was a straightfoward install, I like how the clamps attach to the existing holes in the bed. The quality seems decent and the Ford logo is a nice touch. They include a thick seal for the front bulkhead, but I haven't driven it in the rain to see how well it seals up. I'm guessing there will be some water ingression in the front and rear, but hopefully will be good enough for what I need. Price was around $350 ($419 less 20% discount + tax).
I knew going in that it's not a low-profile cover...but it sticks up a bit more than I expected. I looked at one on an F150 and the higher profile is much more noticable on the Ranger. Overall, this fits my needs, but if I did it again, I'd see what's available with a lower profile in this price range.

Truxedo makes a much lower profile version called the LowPro. Had them on at least three of my Rangers over the years andhad one on my 2019 Ranger until I scored a deal on a Roll-Lock Metal bed cover. Flush fit and super strong with aluminum slats under vinyl covering with lock.

I have this on my '20 SCAB, no issues.

How easy is it to remove it if needed? Wondering if I will need to when I put a dirt bike in the back.

The "normal" one I have is not easy to remove. It's not terrible, but you essentially have to unbolt and remove the cover and rails--not something I'd want to do frequently.

Can just the rolled up cover be removed by itself and leave the rails? Really I just don't want to crush it with the front tire of the dirt bike when strapping it in

No, the front "rail" is integrated to the cover and the two sides slide into that. So you basically have to remove everything.

Damn, guess I need to check if the tire hits high enough to interfere with it.

I got the more expensive XLP version. The cover can be removed easily and leave the rails in place.

I'm leaning that way for that reason specifically. How much do the side rails hang over into the bed? Looks like maybe and inch or two?

Just measured. 2.75" per side.

Only water mine's seen is 2 hand car washes. Completely dry, but not much of a test. I have a tailgate seal to install too.
