My XLT is in production but no window sticker yet

Haha, I was hoping Ford would surprise us with some Vin#'s this week but knew they probably wouldn't.

Me too, I’m wondering what dates people with VINs already ordered their trucks on. My dealer placed my order for my RR in azure gray and no options on May 30, and still no VIN or anything. Not gunna lie, I’m pretty envious of y’all with actual VINs. People have build dates in January and February, does that mean us with no VINs won’t see our trucks built until March or April, or god forbid in May, a whole year after ordering one?

OP did order an XLT and not a Raptor, so they probably aren't dealing with any allocation stuff. I ordered an XLT in July and had a VIN in early September. The build date pushed because of the strike but has remained steady since then. I get the feeling that there aren't too many people who ordered XLs. XLTs, and Lariats who have been waiting since May with no information. It seems to be way less clear when it comes to the RR.

Non-Raptors also need an allocation. I'm starting to think my dealer lied and doesn't really have an allocation for a standard Ranger like they told me when I ordered 4 months ago.

I stand corrected. Have any Canadians received build dates? I see zero reasons why the US should have any kind of priority, but am now curious if that's the case.

Canadian here. Dealer has absolutely no info. Hoping for December 2024 build date.

That’s awesome man! My brother works at a dealership and said that most likely the parts have shown up to build the truck… and that’s why it’s showing “in production” while the plant is shut down.

Glad it worked I was exited when My Mustang Showed up. Now all I need is a VIN for my Ranger and I will be good.
