Probably because they've done market research and determined releasing a truck like this would have poor sales. Most US consumers buying trucks want one of two things: beefy looking full size trucks or smaller, cheaper trucks. The F-150 is the best selling pickup in the US, and the Maverick was outselling the Ranger 3:1 in late 2023. A street version of the Ranger in the US doesn't make sense, but a street version of the Maverick does.
