I was sort of wondering about that white light option, but didn’t really look very close when I was ordering, since I wanted the traditional Raptor Amber yellow color lights.

I wonder if it’s just a late release option?

youre right i missed that. Further up their page it just said amber/yellow so i didn't notice that further down. I'll tag them here and ask for clarification. i wanted amber anyway but they should have shown an option when checking out and i don't remember seeing one

Yo, as a few have pointed out, the page says white or amber are available but we don't recall seeing the option during checkout. It may have been a partial copy/paste from the other grille lights available but it would be nice for clarification on this. I ordered yesterday and just assumed it was amber only.

It is not required. It allows you to avoid splicing into any factory wiring. If you would like the lights on your parking light then the plug and play kit will be perfect for you though. The other option is to wire into your AUX wires!

I will be snipping the wires on mine about 4” from the lights and soldering them to the wires for the old style ones I have, then shrink tube over that. I have zero plans on rewiring everything again. My setup now is ambers on my light bar and the 3 grill lights are on Aux1, only turn them on at night.
